The room in this hotel is good, fairly clean although it needs some improvements with the shower cabinet sealing and the bidet maintenance (it was cracked).
The area is quite industrial, so it's better to use the car to go to restaurants or shops nearby.
It's not too quiet, as the hotel is located by a busy roundabout. If you're lucky enough to get a room assigned that is not facing the roundabout (that I imagine would be more expensive), you can get a better rest. Otherwise I recommend earplugs or some white noise from your phone or similar to cover the noise of the cars driving and revving by.
Wi-fi disconnects every 15 mins or so, possibly to avoid streaming, so that's a bit annoying.
Apart from that, beds and room in general is comfy. A spare pair of pillows would improve the experience as well.

The Hotel is in a very good position right next to a bus stop and just over the road from a shady tree lined traffic free promenade with lots of cafes and a playpark.
The staff at the hotel were very helpful and the room was very clean
