"I love the Clipper Inn, the owner is great and the staff are too. The place is well-kept and very nice. Our bed was a bit too firm, we both woke up sore but a simple mattress pad would do the trick. My only other suggestion would be designated parking space for Inn guests. "

"Obviously we stayed there out of season. Therefore, even for the shops, bars, restaurants that were open for business, unfortunately we didn’t make it to because it was freezing out. Walking around was definitely not happening. Property did have some areas that would definitely benefit from maintenance work/normal wear and tear. "

"We missed dinner and ended up eating pretty late… The sandwiches were great!, but way too much for me to try and eat all of.. Only thing that left me shocked…, was how crazy that there’s a bar restaurant within the hotel and we couldn’t get any soft drinks with out food."

"We stayed at the cabin recently for a fishing trip. It was the perfect cozy spot. Very easy to come and go and Allison/Michael were very accommodating with our checkout time. All the necessities were there that we needed and it was very clean."

"This 3rd flr apartment had so much character due to the age of the building. Old cabinets and doors made it so charming, with a unique step-up seperate entrance to the private balcony, which offered amazing views of the St. Lawrence! It was spacious yet cozy, very clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay! Thomas was great to communicate with and provided all necesseties and information needed. We visit Clayton often and this was our favorite place! We can't wait to go back. Highly recommend!"
