Located near the Swiss border, you are just 5 minutes from Gaggiolo customs and 9 km from Varese, making it strategically positioned for exploring both countries.



Street parking is available. Events are not permitted. The hosts live on-site but not in your rental. The property owner has a Dogue de Bordeaux breeding facility on the same grounds, though the dogs will not access your accommodation area. Please respect the separate waste collection rules.
