"Giulia is a 5 stars service person and also Fabio. Both are part of a very good experience we lived in Capanna. Thank you both! Thank you Giulia and Fabio for giving us your best in our stay!! The only mishap we had in the hotel was that the weather wasn’t cool enough to keep rooms in a hot temperature without being able to put them cooler and we had to leave the windows opened (on a high floor) to cool the room during sleeping and both nights cats (one night one cat and the other night another) entered to the room by the window and woke me up giving me a big scare because they jumped in my bed and I screamed. I recommend the hotel not to quit the control of air conditioning since so early when weather still warm and another recommendation is to have screens in your windows to prevent this things from happening. Beside this unfortunate moments is a overstanding hotel with an excellent service, excellent food and excellent and beautiful surroundings. I will recommend it to all."

"It’s a lovely hotel. Reception was nice and the room very clean with an incredible view out the window of the valley behind. No balcony but a Juliet railing with large opening windows. The breakfast buffet was excellent, self serve with exception of coffee which was served by a very pleasant waiter. Parking is a bit of challenge in a steeply sloped narrow driveway beside the hotel.Take the time to line up the car to go straight through the narrow gate and you’ll be fine. Also very nice sitting area beside the restaurant. "

"Great Villa in the grape vines in the shadow of Montalcino. Amazing views. The kitchen could be better in terms of cooking utensils and grill tools would be a plus. The BBQ was useful though there wasn’t a lot of charcoal (we used some logs under the stairs). A little confusion with the check in times provided by various parties but all worked out well. While the air made it too cold to swim it looked lovely. "

"The room met our expectations. Fulvia welcomed us and provided all info we needed. She was lovely and the room spacious and cosy. The location was perfect for our needs and we were very pleased."
