    "I booked the room late that night on Expedia because I decided to stay in Barcelona through the night and explore the gothic area a little bit more the next day. I arrived at around 11pm and found out that the room was full of ants in the night table and coffee area. I called the reception desk and they took a really long time to come up to the room. When they finally came up I was on a business call with USA ( -6 hours) and the attendant arrived with a huge vacuum. I asked them to come back..."
