"It’s always a great stay here. Most importantly it’s very safe and the staff is wonderful and at the front desk 24 hours. Also the parking is a private lot with security. The rooms are always clean and comfortable that includes a small refrigerator. So yes I highly recommend this location in Sherman Oaks."

"The only thing about this hotel that is beneficial is the walking distance to Universal Studios otherwise, there’s not really a whole lot around. The hotel is currently under renovations which we were unaware of so there was not really any food options and you had limited times you could order food through room service. I had unexpected charges put on my room that were not mine that I’m currently trying to deal with"
