$200 deposit threw us off we had to use our spending money to stay so we literally just slept there. I use to work here and if it wasn’t bad then it’s worse.. There’s a bunch of people that live there with a lot of kids. The ac didn’t work at all we had it on and the kids woke up super cranky and sweaty terrible stay. They renovated the room it was nice but the floor was lifting from water damage and the floors themselves were filthy my husbands feet were black!

Soda and water machine not in good working condition, food store at lobby not accessible. If you need water or snacks you would have to drive three blocks to the nearest store. pool area not working, building is a bit run down but good for the price. Area is safe. Rooms are clean. Staff is attentive and available. ‘Deluxe’ rooms face Colorado Blvd so they are an excellent option during Rose Parade

"It was good area near and accessible to every thing mostly restaurant. The only thing my complain is when we get in to our room smell like smoke cigarette . I have a kid with me and smell bad but they transfer us to a different room. So it was good the stuff are very helpful and friendly."
