"The desig. Is beatiful , but the mattress not too comfortable , pet friendly but they charge $150. Per pet on top of the room rate plus $18 for parking. Is very laud even at late night. Staff at the cafeteria are very slow and is only one or two persons working there. Not happy staying at this hotel very helpless in the reception and cafeteria "

"Parking was on site only $11/night. The motel is decent if you need to stick to a budget. The room was clean, beds were decent. Close to lots of the sites in LA. The only complaint I had was no bathroom vent fan, which the room we stayed in 105 had bathroom window however there was a security camera directly outside of the window. "

"Loved staying here. It is a beautiful hotel wirh amazing, friendly and helpful staff and so close to so many attractions, shops and restaurants."

"The bathroom light flickered, the light by the room door was out, and most outlets were loose. It was struggle to plug in anything; phone chargers, hair dryer, anything! "

"Check in felt like a nightmare :( The person who was checking us in was dismissive to us saying that the card reader wasn’t taking cards despite the cards we tried having money MULTIPLE TIMES. Sends over to another computer and it works. Then sends us in an all around unhelpful loop to find our room which had a super disappointing view 😭if you aren’t above the 3 the floor, I would NOT recommend this hotel if you want a view of literally anything."

"Hotel rooms are clean and spacious. No microwave which was negative. Overall not bad. "
