"The stay was amazing - love the hotel and the facilities but the lobby bar and seating area was significantly understaffed at peak service times. It took 90 minutes for us to get dinner one night and that was only after my husband went into the bar and placed our food order. One person working the tables (even with a manager bussing) is terrible for the staff and the customers! I would consider implementing an order system that has guests place orders using a QR code for the table and having staff handle greeting people and delivering orders to tables. Room, decor, staff were great and vibes were high but food service needs work."

"The room was big, comfortable, and clean. Loved the 24 hour coffee/ hot chocolate and flavored water station. We didn't have any issues with the virtual check in either. I would stay there again!"

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom accessories of soap & shampoo had a nice scent. Blackout curtains that close completely would be helpful for a good night sleep. Sounds from the streets & neighborhood were loud, even with window closed."

"The bed was hard, housekeeping did not change out towels, and the breakfast that is advertised is a fruit cup and granola bar with coffee. "

"We enjoyed our stay there, people is very polite and we had a great experience with customer service. All the staff was very nice and helpful. Will definitely recommend! The only thing is that we got a double bed room and the beds were a little too small to fit two people in my opinion but everything else was good."
