"The location on the island is great for calm beach days and a walk to Pigeon Island. Staff are incredible and accommodating. The resort is older so some normal wear and tear, but overall in excellent condition. Concierge helped us book a catamaran and chocolate factory tour- both highly recommended!"

But no matter how much we saw, nothing compared to returning to the serenity and splendor of Jade Mountain. The resort is truly a sanctuary. Our major domos were attentive and thoughtful, making every moment feel effortless and luxurious. The open-air design of our sanctuary, complete with a private infinity pool and a panoramic view of the Pitons, left us speechless. Watching the sun rise and set over those iconic peaks from the comfort of our room was pure magic. The yogis were very experienced, the food was delicious and the sunsets were magical. Jade Mountain isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience we’ll never forget. Easily one of the best travel memories we’ve made together."

"We enjoyed our stay at this resort. It was our first time at St. Lucia and we felt very welcomed. Everyone was kind. The resort itself was a bit smaller and in average condition, a bit on the older side; however, the beach view and sunsets make up for it. The "Hi-Tide Restaurant" was great! We had a large selection of food and drinks to choose from. Staff was friendly, specifically Savaennah. The resort also offered live entertainment, which complemented the dining experience. Would definitely recommend for a more lowkey vacation. Thank you Bay Gardens! "

"Our stay here was amazing. From the minute we walked in and were offered champagne to when we left. The staff are attentive and kind, the hotel is stunning and there’s lots to do. Loved the beach and the two different pools. Would come back here every year if we could! Only comment is our back door to our room, and side door didn’t lock which was strange, and the ceiling fan/air con needed a service so it didn’t squeak all night. "
