About this property
House / Villa - Perfect for families or groups of friends
- In the quite countryside La Casa di Piera (Piera's house) is a peaceful haven and good launching pad for travelling throughout Tuscany at 8Km from Lucca and 3Km from the highway.
The single two story house is on a quit street. The house is surrounded by a garden with a bbq, wood burning oven, covered patio for outdoor dining and a large sundeck.
On the ground floor there is a big kitchen with a fireplace and eating area, a large living room with fireplace, a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a small reading area.
The house includes all the modern comforts. Next door at the owner's home there is the use of the pool (8x4.5m - height 1.50m).
