"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Toni, unser Gastgeber war der Beste. Wegen eines medizinischen Notfalls hatten wir seine volle Unterstützung. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen perfekt. Klein, fein und sehr familienfreundlich. Das Haus ist wie eigentlich alle anderen auch etwas hellhörig, was abernicht gestört hat, da vernünftige Gäste. Es ist alles da, drei Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Leckeres Restaurant im EG des Hauses, Top Essen. Super freundliches Personal. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder....

"Die Finca Almendra liegt sehr ruhig und umgeben von einem liebevoll gestalteten Garten und doch sind der belebte Strand Cala Mesquida und das quirlige Cala Ratjada in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Der kleine, aber sehr gepflegte Pool bietet Erfrischung, die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Einzig der Außensitz der Wohnung wäre geplättelt und weniger staubig noch schöner. Uwe ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und ist bei allen Fragen auf das Wohl seiner Gäste bedacht....

"It was just the two of us, but this place was large enough for at least six guests. The mornings and evenings in the balcony were very special with the harbor and ocean view. You are right there. Walks along the promenade with crashing waves on the rocky shore. Even though we didn't use it much, there’s a full kitchen. You can also wash clothes there. "We liked it a lot. Uwe is a perfect host and both location and the property were pretty good. Access road is for off-road but it was part of the adventure! Seriously, close to everything in the best part of Mallorca!"

"Für die Hälfte des Geldes (300/600) hätten wir ein ebenso qualitatives Zimmer zu genüge bekommen. Das Zimmer hatte ab sich von der Ausstattung her alles was es brauchte, jedoch konnte man den Kleiderschrank nicht nutzen und sein schimmeliger Geruch kam auch bei geschlossener Tür hindurch. Ebenso sind alle diese Apartments super hellhörig und alle Türen in jedem Apartment scheinen bei jedem öffnen und schließen Mega laut zu knarzen was einen (mich und meine Begleitung) ständig geweckt hatte und...
