This cozy 80m² apartment is located in Cala Ratjada, a charming fishing harbor on the northeastern coast of sunny Majorca, the largest of Spain's Balearic Islands. The apartment includes a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and one bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, heating, satellite television, and a washing machine. Board games and toys are also provided for guests. You can enjoy the sun on the balcony or relax outdoors in the furnished garden. Centrally located, the town’s many restaurants, bars, and shops around the harbor are just a 3 to 5 minute (1 to 2 km) drive away, or can be easily reached by public transportation. The property is only a 2 minute (850 m) drive from Cala Agulla, a beautiful white sand beach surrounded by natural scenery, while Na Ferradura beach, nestled by a small harbor, is just a 6 minute (2 km) drive away. Palma de Mallorca Airport is a little over 1 hour (78 km) away by car.

Genau, was wir gesucht hatten.

Josep ist ein toller Gastgeber. Hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und steht mit tollen Tipps bereit. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, bietet mehr als genug Platz und liegt sehr zentral. Alle Strände sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
