Directly on the beach promenade of Cala Millor is the newly designed apartment house SA MANIGA. On the 2 floor with gigantic sea view, there is this really beautiful, modern and high quality furnished holiday apartment. You will find a compl. equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a shower room with floor-deep shower, and in the living room a comfortable sofa bed. Air conditioning is charged separately according to consumption. Likewise, the final cleaning of 85 euros, which must be paid upon arrival.

All shops as well as bars and restaurants can be reached on foot.

Transfer can be booked separately on request.

Read fine print of ad!

Be aware of the additional cleaning fee charged on arrival. The information is provided in the listing, hidden in the description where it is irrelevant - you really have to read every line of the ad. There is a small TV but no Netflix. Property manager communicates in German and minimal English. He was hard to get in contact with, but he did provide check-in information at the last minute.

Good Home, Bad Manager

My first problem came about when I did not initially see the cleaning fee in the description. I do not mind paying the cleaning fee, but the message Thomas sent me in the welcome message and the amount listed on the site were different. The discontinuity and mark-up in the message was not appreciated. Furthermore, upon arrival the apartment was not clean—there was sand on the floor, blankets were unfolded, and there was a tear in the duvet cover. This was all noted after waiting over an hour for Thomas to check us in. Thomas had asked us for our arrival time the day before, to which we had stated we would arrive at 15:00. He never replied to our message. After messaging we were there and excited to check-in twice, we finally called. We informed him that we were outside the restaurant downstairs and felt that our problem had alas been resolved. It took us calling Thomas a second time for him to actually find us and let us in. Thomas never apologized for his tardiness and blamed us for being around the corner even though we had messaged him our location and told him over the phone. In addition, the location on the app was, in fact, not the location he met us at. We enjoyed our overall stay, but wish Thomas would have been more responsive as the delay in checking in cost us close to two hours of our short vacation.

Die Ferienwohnung war schön, sauber und perfekt von der Größe für 2,5 Personen. Alles genau wie beschrieben bzw. auf den Fotos dargestellt. Der Meerblick und die Strandnähe sind ein großes Plus. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super freundlich. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter :-)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft, alles war so wie wir es uns vorgestellt habe. Auch der Vermieter Thomas war sehr freundlich sodass wir früher in die Wohnung konnten und auch länger bleiben konnten, da unser Flug erst am Abend zurück ging. Besonders Glück hatten wir mit dem Wetter vom 27.12.24-5.1.25 blauer Himmel und Sonnenschein. Die Unterkunft und Lage können wir nur weiter empfehlen. Danke für die schöne Zeit. Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Wohnung war im Großen und Ganzen genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es war sauber und frisch geputzt, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren da und ansonsten gab es wirklich nichts zu meckern. Auf den Schlüssel mussten wir etwas warten, aber nichts, was man nicht mit einem Bier überbrücken konnte ;) Die Lage ist bombastisch gut, gerade wenn man wie ohne Auto da ist und zu Fuß einkauft und zum Strand geht. Der Strand ist tatsächlich nur 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt, und es gibt direkt unten auf der Straße auch mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Lage zu Restaurants, Bars und so weiter ist auch wirklich gut. Bushaltestellen sind ebenfalls in direkter Nähe. Man kommt schnell und einfach nach Porto Christo, Manacor… Was uns negativ aufgefallen war, war der leicht modrige Geruch aus der kleinen Kammer mit der Waschmaschine, in Summe hatten wir den Eindruck, dass die Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Wohnung recht hoch war. Außerdem könnte man eventuell mal die Messer schärfen beziehungsweise ersetzen und ein paar Handtücher mehr als Ersatz hinlegen. Ansonsten können wir es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Schöne Wohnung mit paar Mängeln

Positives vorweg: - durften auf Anfrage etwas eher anreisen -Vermieter war sehr freundlich, gute Kommunikation - wenn man was gebraucht hat ,konnte man ihn anschreiben - schöne Aussicht vom Balkon - gute Lage der Wohnung - Parkplatz war immer vorhanden Negativ : - der muffige Geruch der Wohnung ist uns direkt aufgefallen - besonders aus der Abstellkammer - das Sofa und die Kissenbezüge sind verdreckt - die dreckigen Steckdosen wurden schon in einer Bewertung vorher beschrieben - allgemein müssten paar Sachen ausgetauscht werden ( wäscheständer verbogen und rostig ,Toaster und Sonnenschirme) - Flecken an den Wänden (totgeschlagene Mücken) - auf dem Balkon hat man leider keine Sonne - kein warmes Wasser in der Küche - keine Entlüftung im Badezimmer Im Großen und Ganzen wäre die Wohnung ganz schön , aber… Wir würden die Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist unmittelbar in Strandnähe (der Ausblick war dadurch Erholung pur), klein, aber zweckmäßig und nett möbliert. Die tolle Lage hat natürlich zwei Seiten, aber das hängt auch davon ab, wie man seine Abende plant. Man ist mit wenigen Schritten am Strand und wir sind oft abends nach einem Ausflug nochmal eine Runde schwimmen gegangen. Kleine Geschäfte in denen es von Brötchen über Getränke und Souvenirs alles gibt, befinden sich direkt am Gebäude und der Mercadona ist in zwei Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Live Musik gab es dafür frei Haus und einmal bis nachts um 3 Uhr. Wir haben bis auf einmal immer einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus gefunden. Das war sehr gut. Mich haben teils Sauberkeit (man betrachte die Steckdosen) und die Ausstattung (z.B. nur 1 Geschirrhandtuch für 12 Tage) etwas gestört. Aber hier hat jeder unterschiedliche Erwartungshaltungen und vielleicht bin ich auch einfach ein wenig kleinlich. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter hat im Großen und Ganzen gut geklappt. Fazit: Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub!

Ein Aufenthalt wie man ihn sich wünscht :)

Wir haben uns die die paar Tage in der Ferienwohnung in Cala Millor sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist wie inseriert - hell, schön renoviert & hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Außerdem war alles super sauber. Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Tür & viele Restaurants, Bars & Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Also alles genauso wie man es sich wünscht :)

Moderne Wohnung in traumhafter Lage

Diese Wohnung überzeugt direkt durch ihre tolle Lage direkt am Strand und einem wunderschönen Meerblick. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet und alles ist vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Thomas hat super geklappt und auch bei der Abreise wurde mir entgegengekommen, worüber ich mich sehr gefreut habe. Die Wohnung würde ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen. LG

Ein schöner Urlaub in super Lage und einem sehr gut ausgestatteten Apartment

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene, ein Kleinkind und einem erwachsenen Kind gut untergekommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Sämtliche Restaurants in direkter Nähe. Der wunderschöne Ausblick aufs Meer zum Frühstück hat es uns angetan. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und sofort im Kontakt falls man Fragen hat. Wir können dieses Apartment zu 100 Prozent weiter empfehlen. Und bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Accommodatie ligt op een goede locatie , direct aan zee gewoon oversteken en tal van winkeltjes in de buurt . Mooi en netjes appartement wel aan de kleine kant voor met 4 personen , is eerder voor een koppel. Appartement was ook netjes en verhuurder was ook goed optijd met overhandigen van de sleutels .
