"We arrived at the property full of anticipation. When at reception desk, the lady who was working was extremely rude and unhelpful. Shrugged her shoulders when we asked if we could check in and we were stood in silence. Manager came. Couldn’t find a record of our booking even though I had the receipt. Didn’t know if we were all inclusive, even though we showed receipt. Told to go and eat whilst they sort our booking. Came back an hour later. Allowed to check in but hotel tried to charge us...

"Great location and staff, but rooms need some renovation. All inclusive is average with small selection of food and drinks. Despite that, it’s a nice option in Sa Coma close to all amenities and beautiful beaches. Parking space is very limited."
