"Pros: Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Apartment! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur blitzsauber, sondern auch stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet, das Bett äußerst bequem, und auch das WLAN war stabil! Besonders toll ist die zentrale Lage – Supermärkte, Restaurants und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Auch der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Schon beim Check-in haben wir uns willkommen...

"We had a fantastic stay at Joana's appartment. We were a family of 5 ( 3 adults and 2 children). The check in process was very smooth and trouble free. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours but Joana was waiting outside of the appartment when we arrived. We were given a tour or the appartment. It was lovely and very clean. Fantastic facilities in the appartment if you want to go self catering....but there are alot of lovely restaurants all in walking distance too. The apartment is on the beach. So...

"The location was superb. Close to the waterfront and yet in the middle of the village. It felt like home. The apartment itself felt larger than in the pictures and had every amenity we needed for a two week stay. Communication was excellent despite some technical difficulty with our phone once we arrived in Spain. Thankfully a kind tourist gave us his personal hotspot to at least get us to the apartment. With luck, I went to the business that was below the apartment looking for help in finding...

"The hotel looks nice. We booked a room in the main building but we were given apartment at the far end of the complex. They called it upgrade but we felt like it’s downgrade. The view was at the storage space of old sun beds. The hotel behind had extremely loud karaoke till very late every night- it was a nightmare and we were not able to go sleep. The biggest issue was luck of water. Every day of our stay there was no water to shower, brush teeth or even to use the toilet! The stuff didn’t seem to be bothered and could not provide an update. They even stop picking up phone calls at the reception to not deal with it. There was no apology given or any compensation. They didn’t try to resolve the water issue quick enough so paying customers can have access to a basic need in a hotel- having a running water. We are very disappointed and wouldn’t go back to this hotel."
