"The staff are very rude and do not understand English. There are always misunderstanding between guests and staff. The girl handling the bar next to pool tables was very rude. The room didint have a fridge or hair dryer in bathroom. The internet is not free and its ridiculously expensive to buy hotels wifi and its only for one device when you buy it. Overall very unhappy with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. But the location is great. "

"This is our 5th stay at this hotel. The best thing is tge staff, right from the receptionists to the cleaners and everyone in between, they are always smiling. "We have just returned from a 4 night stay and had such a lovely time. Our room was rather dated (328) but I must say clean. The tap squeaked and the shower not amazing but we did pay for the lower grade. The breakfast good, the pool huge and very clean. All the grounds we found to be spotless. Walkable into town so lots of shops bars and restaurants close by, would say about 10 minutes. You can rent a beach towel for a deposit which we did. We would definitely stay here again, nothing to fault, but I think if you were here high season the air con may not be powerful enough. Housekeeping every day if you wanted it. Overall really loved it here, staff friendly and the snack bar was great and not overpriced. "
