"We had a fantastic stay at Joana's appartment. We were a family of 5 ( 3 adults and 2 children). The check in process was very smooth and trouble free. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours but Joana was waiting outside of the appartment when we arrived. We were given a tour or the appartment. It was lovely and very clean. Fantastic facilities in the appartment if you want to go self catering....but there are alot of lovely restaurants all in walking distance too. The apartment is on the beach. So...

"The location was superb. Close to the waterfront and yet in the middle of the village. It felt like home. The apartment itself felt larger than in the pictures and had every amenity we needed for a two week stay. Communication was excellent despite some technical difficulty with our phone once we arrived in Spain. Thankfully a kind tourist gave us his personal hotspot to at least get us to the apartment. "Aankomst was in het donker, waardoor we het appartement 2 keer voorbij gereden waren. Sleutel lag in een kluisje verderop, prima geregeld. Appartement is prima, enigszins wat verouderd. Mooi terras beneden en een groot dakterras. Zwembad is heerlijk en 24/7 open. Airco living ging kapot (in augustus echt een must) en werd snel gemaakt. Na 2 dagen ging deze weer kapot, maar is daarna niet meer gemaakt. De wasmachine begaf het ook tijdens onze vakantie, maar werd binnen een paar dagen vervangen...

"The hotel, the staff, the amenities were all perfect. The hotel itself is so beautiful, the room was perfect and so spacious. The staff were super friendly and helpful, they always ensured my 2 year old was happy which was amazing. Breakfast is incredible, so much choice. The restaurants on site are also fantastic, our favourite was Roka. We dined there twice and couldn’t recommend it enough. (Book at sunset for the best vibe!) We can’t wait to return again next year!"

"The staff were fantastic, the breakfast was good and they had various additional activities for the kids. My only criticism was the mattresses were very uncomfortable and the continental breakfast for an early checkout was poor with only some slices bread, ham and cheese on offer with no pastries or cereal on offer."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few steps from Cala Esmeralda. We stayed in a room with a pool view, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also very good, especially the shower and walk-in shower area. However, the towels could be better—they felt somewhat low quality for the standard of the hotel. The hotel has two pools, and both are excellent. The indoor and main hotel pool areas were very good and never felt like a problem. The only negative point was the beach club pool, which was consistently very crowded during the days we stayed. The beach club opens at 10:00 a.m. The gym is very well equipped and open 24 hours, which is a great feature. The hotel’s decoration and overall design are excellent, and the breakfast is outstanding. The spa and sauna area is also wonderful and adds a lot to the overall experience. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, with excellent facilities, great design, a very good breakfast, and spacious rooms. The crowded beach club pool and the quality of the towels are the main areas that could be improved."
