Xavi at reception is a real professional, and all the reception team are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The spa is simply lovely. This is not just a place to visit — it’s a paradise to live in. "Room was leaking with rain. If you are vegan it is not ideal they do not have many options and you will get charged full price for a meal even though it is limitied."

"Luxurious suite plenty of space for family of 4, very comfortable beds and seating excellent for business use as well as our family holiday. Beautiful bathroom and extra WC. Staff very friendly and helpful breakfast was simply delightful. Lots of choice love the fresh Majorcan selection Valet Parking for Cars and Minibar included with our room. After eating in the hotel, we also ate in local restaurants which were also very nice to try a visit to the local castle in Capdepera lunch in the village after strolling round the market on a Wednesday."

"Lovely breakfast - excellent choice. Dinner at the hotel was also good. Beautiful view of the sea and spacious apartment. Was a bit disappointed that we left early on the last day at 7.45, breakfast was available from 8 am and when we informed reception the night before, they only offered us the option of a magdalena and coffee. We didn’t bother with that."

"Refurbishment of hotel and room superb. Only problem lift not working , same in other blocks. Never saw anyonevtrying to fix them we with a baby in a pram in our party and on 3rd floor so hard work. Pools are cold even in Drago land, sea was warmer !! Entertainment very good. We have been on numerous occassiobs and updating of Esmeralda park is to a very high standard. "
