Very nice family stay

We enjoyed the stay. We stayed one week and it was all really nice. The apartment was fully equipped. Even stuff like oil, salt, sugar, dishwasher tabs etc were there. Location is really awesome, so close to the beach and various restaurants and small supermarkets nearby. Only little downside: Bathroom is nice, no doubt, just not as nice (and new) as the pictures may indicate. But again, this is just a very minor thing. We can 100% recommend others staying there

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit wunderbarem Ausblick. Alles sauber und Petra die Hausverwalterin ist super lieb, erklärt alles genau und hat gute Tipps zur Umgebung. Küche hat alles was es braucht, vom Toaster über Wasserkocher bis hin zum Eierlocher.Alles da. Zimmer geräumig mit großem Schrank für viele Sachen. Top. Super Wohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr enttäuschenden Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber: Das Bett war nicht bezogen, und wir fanden eine Kakerlake vor. Zudem lag Insektenspray bereit, was darauf hindeutet, dass Schädlingsprobleme bekannt sein könnten.Nach unserer Abreise bemerkten meine Frau und ich zahlreiche Stiche am ganzen Körper, die sehr stark auf Bettwanzen hindeuten. Wir haben den Gastgeber direkt kontaktiert, jedoch zeigte er sich völlig unkooperativ und verwies uns lediglich an FeWo.de.Ein Aufenthalt unter diesen Bedingungen ist besonders mit einem kleinen Kind unzumutbar und gesundheitlich bedenklich. Wir können diese Unterkunft keinesfalls weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einem sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer. Dank der Klimatisierung auch in den Schlafzimmern an heißen Tagen, gut auszuhalten. Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Übergabe, sowie die Kommunikation mit Damian war auch perfekt. Wer Cala Millor mag, sehr empfehlenswert...

Super toller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt von der Lage, zentral und 5 Minuten Fussmarsch zur Einkaufsstrasse. Vom Balkon hat man eine tolle Sicht auf den Strand und das Meer. Wir würden gleich morgen wieder gehen, ein tolles Appartement! Wir waren total happy! Alles war wunderbar und total unkompliziert. Nette Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer, perfekt!

Direkter Nachbar einer Grossbaustelle mit weit über 100 Arbeitern.

Eigentlich hatten wir uns auf einem ruhigen Urlaub in einer Ferienwohnung mit wunderschönem Ausblick gefreut. Aber leider wurde direkt gegenüber eine große Hotelanlage Kernsaniert. Aktueller Stand der Arbeiten im Mai `24 „erste Fenster wurden eingesetzt und die vorhandenen Betonteile der alten Außenanlage wurden gerade abgerissen“. Der Vermieter hatte uns bei der Buchung nicht über den Baulärm informiert. Der Baulärm vom 3 Baggern (davon zwei meist mit Abrisshammer bestückt), Bohrhämmer, Flexe, zwei Autokränen, einen Lastenkran, eine Vibrationswalze usw., sowie tägliche Befüllung und Abtransport von zig Schuttcontainern war unerträglich – ein öffnen der Fenster oder eine Nutzung des Balkons war nicht möglich. Von morgens 07:00 Uhr bis abends 20:00 Uhr wurde an der Baustelle gearbeitet (auch Sonn- und Feiertags). Erst abends nach dem Essen konnte man - wenn man den Balkon vom Baudreck gereinigt hatte – diesen nutzen. Die Schlafzimmer lagen nach hinten raus, dadurch konnte man morgens zumindest noch etwas länger Ausschlafen. Wir hatten dem Vermieter unsere Beschwerde sofort mitgeteilt und uns leider sehr vorschnell auf eine geringe Preisminderung geeinigt. Aber die entgangene Urlaubsfreude war damit nicht zu ersetzen. Die Ferienwohnung war so wie im Internet beschrieben und der schöne Blick aufs Meer war wirklich beeindruckend. Der Weg zum Strand und zum Zentrum war nur wenige Meter entfernt. Gastronomie war ausreichend in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Es war alles wie beschrieben. Absolut sauber! Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Fenster und Balkontür mit Fliegengitter, ein absolutes Plus 👍 Die Klimaanlage und das WLAN einwandfrei. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr zuverlässig, vielen Dank nochmals. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Fantastisch!

Absolut erstaunlicher Ort mit einer fantastischen Aussicht aus der 6. Etage über den langen Abschnitt des Strandes Cala Millor. Super sauber, schön eingerichtet, super Gastgeber. Der Strand liegt nur 50 m zu Fuß entfernt und verfügt über wunderschönes türkisfarbenes Wasser und einen weichen weißen Sand. Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants im Umkreis von 50 m, zusammen mit einem großen Lidl und Mercadona. Es ist sehr begehbar, sicher und nur leicht von den geschäftigsten Touristengebieten entfernt, sodass es in der Nacht ruhig ist. Nochmals vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit 😊

Wonderful stay

Very well located, with opportunities to walk at the coastal line and in a natural park, with wild horses. Beautifull sea view from sixt Floor. Very helpful and kind hosts, Petra and Damian. The appartment has everything that is needed (well equipped!) although quality of cooking materials is a bit limited. We recommend Mercadona food shop in 400 meters. Quality of bed matrasses is very good! In the evening, we could turn on the heating.

Perfekt ausgestattetes Appartment im 6. Liftstock mit moderner neuer Möbelierung. Super bequeme große Wohnlandschaft. Sehr schöne Aussicht(Meerblick) vom Balkon. Gute Nahversorgung (Lidl, Mercadona). Sehr nette Vermieterin. Für unsere Bedürfnisse ausreichend gab es mehrere offene Lokale. Für Menschen die gerne shoppen gehen und eine große Lokalauswahl haben wollen ist die Cala Milor im Winter aber nicht geeignet!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung - Top Vermieterservice

Über die sehr schöne Wohnung wurden bereits genügend positive Bewertungen abgegeben, die alle den Tatsachen entsprechen. Hervorzuheben ist aber, dass der Vermieter sofort reagiert hat, als wir einen fehlenden Trockner bemängelten, der in der Beschreibung zur Wohnung aufgeführt war. Trotz Weihnachtzeit wurde ein neuer Trockner binnen zwei Tagen gebracht und angeschlossen. Deshalb jetzt auch die volle Sternepunktzahl zur Genauigkeit des Inserats. Auch bei einem Stromausfall, - was Spanienurlauber auch auf Mallorca immer mal wieder mit einkalkulieren müssen - stand uns Petra, die aufmerksame Betreuung vor Ort, bei Fragen zur Seite. Danke auch dafür! Da wir "in der kalten" Jahreszeit im Dezember in der Wohnung waren, können wir "Frostbeulen" versichern, dass die Zimmer dank Warm/Kalt - Klimaanlage auch T-Shirt tauglich zu nutzen waren. Für Extremfriernasen gibt's zudem im Notfall noch extra Wolldecken ;-) Fazit: Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Viele Grüße, auch an Petra Michael & Barbara
