"Overall a good stay. Cute, comfortable and clean pods. The perfect blend of camping and hostel. Was confused about how to find our pod and couldn't reach anyone by phone to ask questions. We thought we had booked a pod with two beds and ended up with one bed (i ended up sleeping on the floor in a sleeping bag-a little hard). Other guests had the opposite; they booked one bed and got two."

"Its a beautiful house just off the Cabot Trail, not far from Cheticamp. Most things are neat, new and shiny. Its a clean and comfortable place to stay, host is responsive. Only 1 small negative was that the sofa had a little bit of musty smell, which I believe can be cleaned up easily. It was surprising because everything else was clean and fresh. I also found the prices to be a bit steep for a 2 bedroom, it would have been justified had it been a 3 bedroom house."

"The dome itself was lovely and well situated on the water. The bed was uncomfortable, but the linens were clean. I was very disappointed in the facilities. I have no issues with using a pit toilet, however you must provide some running water for guests. The only way I was able to fill up water bottles was to ask the people at the lodge to go into the kitchen to fill my water bottles. I was also incredibly disgusted by the showers at Cabot Shores. "We enjoyed our stay in Cheticamp immensely. The day we arrived the government put in place a hiking and trail use ban and we were concerned how we would spend our three days but there was more than enough to keep ua entertained and this property was the perfect place from which to exploer "
