This newly renovated beachside duplex is located just 4 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from the Indian River Lagoon! 1-2 blocks from public dog park, baseball fields, tennis & racquetball courts, indoor basketball and pickleball. This unit was rebuilt in 2021 after a fire with new travertine floors, stainless steel appliances, white solid wood cabinets, and quartz counter tops in kitchen& bathroom. Also, new washer & dryer, hurricane impact windows, roof, hot water heaters, plumbing and electrical, fans and LED lighting.
2 bedroom 1 bath with a private driveway and carport, outdoor shower and foot wash station, weber grill, outdoor dining, and shed with beach equipment. The unit is approximately 750 sq. ft. Fully fenced in backyard with side door access. Private driveway with covered carport parking, and paver parking next to driveway for guests with more than one car. Quiet walkable streets to beach.
We are pet friendly, the pet fee is contingent upon length of stay, number of dogs, breed and age. We do the custom fee so we can adequately accommodate guests. We love dogs and will be happy to give you a price when you inquire about the booking.

Perfect stay
This property was exactly what we wanted and everything we needed. Not only were our dogs allowed, they were welcome. The hosts are so thoughtful and accommodating. Best place I have rented.
