Fabulous 2/2 Ocean View Condo w/Beach Access!!!

  • This ocean front condo has a nice view of the ocean from the balcony with a southeast exposure! It is located in Sunny Cape Canaveral not far from the port. It is about 1 mile south of Jetty Park and 2 miles north of the Cocoa Beach Pier. It is a nice quiet community and ideal for spending a few relaxed days on the beach! There are restaurants and other amenities nearby!!

    The space
    The condo is very spacious and has two master bedroom suites with bathrooms, a large living space, and a kitchen with all the necessities provided. The condo is a penthouse unit on the second floor and you have to access it through a flight of stairs, which leads to the main entrance. You also have to take stairs from the main entrance of the condo to the main floor. The inside of the condo is a split level with a bedroom on the main floor and a bedroom on the second floor above, which is accessed through stairs.
