Settle into three levels of comfortable living with space to gather, unwind, and enjoy the Bay. The second-floor living area features a sectional sofa and four swivel chairs, while the dining table seats eight with four additional seats at the breakfast bar.



The main kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator/freezer, range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig Duo coffee maker. An extra refrigerator in the garage/game room provides additional storage for your group’s food and drinks.



First floor: A king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and balcony access, a queen bedroom, a hall bathroom, a full office with a pullout sleeper sofa, a laundry room, and the garage game room.



Second floor: A king suite with an ensuite bathroom and balcony access, a queen bedroom, an additional full bathroom, and the main kitchen, dining, and living areas.



Third floor: An open-concept queen sleeping area with its own living area, a second pullout sleeper sofa, kitchenette, dining area, full bathroom, and private deck. Please note that this sleeping area is not an enclosed bedroom.



Head to the garage game room for an arcade game, skeeball, shuffleboard, foosball, cornhole, and board games. Outdoors, enjoy furnished decks, a propane grill, a backyard fire pit, and westward-facing views that make sunset over the Chesapeake Bay a highlight of your stay.



Walk directly from the backyard to the beach. Ten beach chairs and beach toys are stored in the outside patio box, and the outdoor shower makes rinsing off after a beach day easy. Surf shoes are highly recommended for the beach.



Located in Marina Village within Bay Creek, the home is a short distance from downtown Cape Charles’ restaurants, galleries, and boutiques. Rent a golf cart or bike to explore the area.



Your stay includes complimentary access to Bay Creek’s seasonal junior Olympic-size community pool, tennis and pickleball courts, private community beaches, and more than 10 miles of hiking and biking trails through a 365-acre nature preserve. These amenities are shared with the community.



Access to the Bay Creek Life Center is not included and is not available for purchase.



Guest Access:

This home uses keyless entry for self-check-in; your door code is sent by email and text 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request (subject to availability). Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.



• While the complimentary resort amenities of the Bay Creek Resort are included, please note the Members Life Center is not available to guests.



Guests have direct beach access from the backyard. Driveway parking accommodates up to five vehicles. The attached garage is a game room and is not available for parking. Bay Creek requires vehicle hangtags; use the gate touchscreen to call the guard on initial arrival. Hangtags are provided at the home. Guests have access to the Bay Creek community pool and tennis court area; these are shared amenities, not a private pool.

Cape Charles is located near the southern tip of Virginia’s Eastern Shore right on the Chesapeake Bay. Cape Charles is a small town (the historic area is roughly a six block by six block square) that sits on the peninsula’s western coast, meaning you can sit on the beach in Cape Charles and watch the sunset right over the water. On the Chesapeake Bay, not the Atlantic Ocean, the water is calm and shallow.
