Overlooking Park with 1st and 2nd Floor Primary Suites - Anchors by the Park

Staying at our home, Anchors by The Park, you will experience all that Cape Charles has to offer, being just three blocks from the beach and Mason Street. Built in 2016, this home features two primary suites, one being on the first floor. With the home facing the central park, you can enjoy summer concerts right from the front porches. The first floor offers an open floor plan. The second floor includes, the second primary suite, a third bedroom large enough to accommodate four adults or children, an additional open gaming area with a pull-out couch. The spacious backyard, which includes a gas grill and an outdoor shower, is perfect for gatherings or for relaxing while sitting under the screened-in back deck. Additionally, we offer a four-seater and six-seater beach cruisers available to rent, ready to go when you arrive on the property.

We had a great stay! Very spacious rooms and closets. The location was fabulous! The park was just a few steps away. And we walked downtown every day. Great house! Would stay here again! The game systems were a hit with my kids!

Anchors by the Park was a perfect stay for our family of five, plus grandparents! The location was amazing, right next to the park & playground and an easy walk or ride to the beach or into town. Having the golf cart on-property was so convenient and we used it all the time. The rooms were great for us and the kids loved the loft & arcade game setup. The two porches were wonderful for relaxing in the mornings and evenings. We would definitely stay again!

Great Place Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect for families. House was clean and had everything we needed. Right next to a great park, walking distance to Main Street and of course the beach. Hope to stay here again!

Mother's Day weekend

My daughter and granddaughter stayed here for a long Mother's Day weekend. The house is wonderful, including the location across from the beautiful park and walkable to the main business area. Everything was clearly spelled out in advance emails, so we didn't need to communicate with the owners. The golf cart was also top notch and a pleasure to use. Would definitely stay her again!

Early Spring

We stayed for a weekend in early spring. The house is located 4 blocks for all the shopping in Cape Charles. More importantly for our kids, the house was adjacent to the park where they could run over and play. The house is clean and new. We also rented the golf carts for the weekend which the kids enjoyed.

Great family rental!

Perfect for our family getaway with young kids. Right next to the playground, and easy access to the beach and town! Golf cart on site a huge plus. Kids loved the bunk beds and arcade game! Thanks again!

Great location for kids by the park. You can watch the Saturday Summer concert series from the deck. Very clean and owners were very responsive. Golf cart rentals in the garage made everything very convenient! Would definitely stay here again.

A Must Stay!

We visited Cape Charles from Cape May, NJ for a family event and couldn’t be happier with Anchors By The Park! The home is absolutely beautiful and the amenities were everything we needed. Accessing the home was effortless and the owners were wonderful to work with. We even had an opportunity to meet and chat with the nice neighbors next door. The view overlooking the park was amazing and the location to the playground just steps away from the house was so convenient … even the adults had fun on the playground! Be sure to rent one of the golf carts and ride through town, you won’t be disappointed! We wish we could’ve stayed longer but we will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved this house. It is located directly on the park with a perfect view of the summer concerts. They had two golf carts available with the property. The check-in process was super easy. And the kids loved the arcade game upstairs. Would definitely stay again!

Everything you need in one spot

This was our first time staying at this beautiful home and we’ve already reserved again for next year! I love the layout—the two primary bedroom suites made it comfortable for all of us, including my elderly parents, who used the first floor bedroom. My kids loved the bunk beds and the arcade game. It’s well equipped with all the basics you need, including the optional golf cart rental. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and helpful. Can’t wait to return next year!

Great House

I stayed here with a group of girlfriends for the weekend and it was the perfect house for us all. We’ve stayed at several properties in Cape Charles over the years but this was our favorite. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. It’s located right on the park which was really nice, and would be great to stay with little kids (thinking of booking with my family in the future!). Communication with the owners was timely and helpful. The check-in and out process was easy, as was the rental of the golf cart! Thank you for a great stay!

Modern house right on the park!

The location of this house was perfect. On the park with lots of cool breezes from the porches and a short walk or cart ride to the main street or beach. We were able to let our 7 year old take herself to the playground or go for a bike ride with friends. The house was modern with a very large washer / dryer and comfy pillow toppers on the beds. The closets were massive and also air conditioned, which served as the perfect spot for a 2 year old to sleep in a pack n' play without being disturbed. We added on the six seater golf cart and it was so great - fastest and most modern golf cart we've driven in Cape Charles.
