Love the pools and how close it is to everything , it’s literally in the center of the cape so even a ride to Provincetown is only a little over a hour, the room was big with two bathrooms, air conditioning worked great nice little barbecue area with basketball court and playground and the front desk had no problem helping with anything we will continue to make this a every summer destination for years to come

Best place to stay in Provincetown. Grounds are immaculate, rooms are clean though on the smaller side, and the staff is fantastic. Nice breakfast each day. And it’s convenient to everything.

Beautiful resort tucked away in the middle of all the fun that is Ptown. Delicious breakfast (included), lovely pool and hot tubs, and excellent service, esp from Chris and Richard. We highly recommend it!
