"Here’s a polished hotel review that keeps it fair and constructive: Overall, the room was satisfactory and the location was excellent. There are a few relatively simple additions that I think would improve the guest experience. An ice bucket in the room would be helpful for getting ice, and larger bath towels would be appreciated. Complimentary bottled water would also be a nice touch, or at minimum, a filtered bottle-filling station somewhere on the property. The mattresses were okay and comfortable enough for a short stay, but I would not consider them luxury quality. For someone who is more sensitive to mattress support, I could see them potentially waking up with some back discomfort. There are also no food options available at the hotel, even for purchase. There is a restaurant nearby, which is convenient, but having at least some basic food, snacks, or grab-and-go items available on the property would be a nice addition. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, with the excellent location being the biggest highlight. With a few additional amenities and upgrades, the property could provide a noticeably better overall experience."
Waterfront Cottage - fantastic unobstructed views!!

"We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. The master bedroom is spacious and looks right over the bay. There is a path next to the house that leads down to the water. The property owner, Mike McNamara was extremely responsive when I had any questions."

"First, let me say that the entire staff was absolutely so helpful and happy and welcoming to us. The outdoor barbecue grill and eating area and fire pit were awesome for two nights of the week that we out there. The location is absolutely stupendous literally across the street from the entrance to Marconi Beach. The pools were both phenomenally clean. The indoor pool was one of the finest I’ve ever seen honestly not a big fan of indoor swimming pools, but I spent a few nights in there ,the water sparkled. It was clean. Our time herewas fantastically enjoyable, and we would recommend and stay here again."

"This is a small and comfortable cottage located just off RT 6. in Wellfleet. It has a good kitchen giving one the ability to cook more than simple meals. There is also a grill on the front deck. We found the bed to very comfortable and all the furnishings and decorations to be attractive if simple. It felt like a good old fashioned and yes, quaint Cape classic.It is located in a mostly quiet area of about 8-9 cottages near the Drummer Cove. This cottage does not overlook the Cove but one can walk down the path to the Cove.Occasionally, one hears the traffic from Rt. 6.We would definitely return here."
Rustic Marsh-side Summer Cottage on Blackfish Creek

"This house is magical. I've been coming to the Cape for 15 years, and there was just something about this place that felt like a fairytale. It's nestled at the foot of a salt marsh, surrounded by lush greenery and blackberry bushes. You can watch the sunset over the marsh while the bunnies hop around you. Even though there are other houses nearby, the way this one is positioned, you feel like you're the only ones there. The outdoor shower has water pressure like a fire hose - fantastic after a day at the beach or pond. The screened-in porch is perfect for meals and evenings playing Scrabble. The kitchen and bathroom are renovated, the house is spotless, and everything works exactly as it should. The bedroom faces the marsh and has plenty of windows that let in a cool breeze. The house is simple and rustic, and it doesn't need to be anything more - the surroundings speak for themselves. Scott was super responsive and flexible throughout. Can't wait to return again and again...."
