Beautifully Designer Inspired Condo with Park-Like Setting in Banyan Trace

Cape Coral is paradise this time of year. Absolutely no damage from the hurricane and everything including all restaurants are open! The cleanest condo in Cape Coral - Heated Hollywood style Olympic sized pool is always 90 degrees and gorgeous, with equally gorgeous hot tubs. One of the hot tubs is surrounded by rocks with cascading flowing water. The pool and hot tubs are pristine!!!

You've arrived!! The cleanest condo in Cape Coral!!! And, all utilities are included!! What more can you ask for! Absolutely not damage from the hurricane and all restaurants are open! Beautiful gated community in Banyan Trace. Sip your coffee out on the screened-in lanai and take in the breathtaking garden and far away views! Take your walks on the cart paths of the old golf course in Cape Coral with the mature stately trees and open fields with beautiful banyan trees that surround your every move. Attention to every detail was given to this park-like setting. Immaculate well-maintained home! Two-bedroom and Two bathrooms, with a beautiful screened balcony. Brand new stainless steel appliance and granite countertop in kitchen and bathroom. The condo has an eat-in kitchen, with crown moldings! Home has been furnished by an interior designer stylist with attention given to every detail. Huge Master Closet! Quiet area but driving distance to many restaurants and shopping. Very Close to Sanibel and Fort Myers area. This building is close to the heated pools and spa/hot tub area (the first building) and there is another pool and spa/hot tub with gym just a short walking distance away. The building has an elevator which works perfectly all the time! Unit comes with your own covered parking space with a lot of guest parking. Fantastic condo

The owners of the condo, April & Rick were very welcoming and helpful. April replied to text messages with inquiries very quickly. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for several weeks stay. The pool area is beautiful and very clean. Everyone in the complex is very friendly.
