Nautical Retreat

We just completed a two month stay at this exceptional condo in the secure and quiet complex of Island Cove. The decor is a beautiful nautical theme, the furnishings, beds and lanai are upgraded and comfortable. We appreciated being close to the pool for many lazy afternoons. The owners, Eric and Louise were most accommodating and responsive almost immediately to email requests . Thank you Eric and Louise for providing an excellent place for us to relax. We definitely recommend this condo and location. Don and Karen F.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. Very clean, and well appointed with everything you need. The condo community is very friendly and the area was beautiful. Mornings started with coffee on lanai watching the wildlife. Eric was very responsive to all my questions. Would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful condo

Very nice unit, convenient yo grocery, restaurants. Eric very responsive. We would have enjoyed a king size bed, but that is a personal preference.

Best kept secret in Cape Coral

My wife and I just completed a one month stay at this lovely condo in Island Cove, Cape Coral. Beautifully decorated, well equipped, spacious and bright, with a great view of the canal and preserve. We spent many hours on the lanai enjoying our coffee while watching the wild life in the preserve and along the canal where manatees, dolphins and a bald eagle nesting in the trees opposite the condo provide daily entertainment. The condo is right next to the pool and tennis courts and the path around the canal provides great views during our daily walks. The other owners and renters in the community are very friendly and welcoming. Our condo owners, Louise and Eric were great to work with and usually responded the same day when contacted by text or email. Although we havent met them in person, we felt very comfortable communicating with them through email and text. We enjoyed our stay at Island Cove so much so that we have decided to return to the area next year, this time for two months. Our heartfelt thanks to Louise and Eric for helping make our stay so comfortable.

Very nice place and owner.

This unit is a very well kept unit.The unit is the closest to pool and pickelball courts. This unit is a end unit which has extra windows. The overall condominium complex is secure and well kept.

Lovely Penthouse Condo

This condo has a lovely view from its penthouse 4th floor. The owners were very responsive and made the condo very comfortable to live there. The kitchen was well equipped and the den and bedrooms were tastefully decorated. We highly recommend this condo.

Great condo

The condo had everything we neede for a relaxing stay. Complex was quiet and the pool was relaxing and close to the unit. It was exactly what we were looking for. Also nearby shopping and great restaurants I would definitely recommend it.
