There's nothing left to be desired in this beautiful Villa Spreader Pearl! A light-filled ambience with modern European furniture spoils you with a generous space concept. The villa features 4 bedrooms - each with their own private bathroom and brand-new 50-inch-LED-TV.

An electric fireplace in the Living Room gives a relaxed atmosphere far away from the madding crowd.

Large negative edge salt-water-pool 32 x 99 feet & a Jacuzzi.

Sunking Seating with awning in the outdoor area.

Outdoor Kitchen with large, built-in "Outlaw" BBQ and a teppanyaki plate (in Spain called the plate) - manufactured in Germany- with a huge hood-sink and Bar.

Lounge furniture, dining furniture and TV for outdoor use.

The Master-Bedroom comes with a starry sky.

Two privat balconies with chairs and tables.

Sonos sound system for superb music pleasure in the indoor and outdoor area.

A Crowsnest on the 2nd floor with view over the Cape, mangroves and the lighthouse.

Game Room with TV and game console with games.

Pooltable for everyday fun.

For sports lovers there are 4 bicycles available - always on your own risk.

Great location

Perfect for our stay. We used the boat dock and kept the boat there all vacation and used it so much. Only myself and my two daughters so the house was a little on the large side but nevertheless it's a great property. We had a few issues that needed to be sorted and Phillip did his best to get them addressed. Just a shame the pool lights were not working as there was little ambience at night unlike the photos. Also after 1 BBQ the gas ran out and the spare was also empty so halfway through the second BBQ we faced a bit of a food disaster. Apart from that the facilities were perfect for us and I would definitely return.
