Cape Coral - Summer 2021

We stayed at this property for a month and it met all expectations. The Property Manager (Alex) was extremely helpful with questions about the property and things to do around the area. She even called to check on us before and after Hurricane Elsa came through the area. It was a positive experience and would definitely stay here again.

My family and I were the first tenants of this beautiful rental home. The location of the house was very good, in a very friendly neighborhood. The house was very clean, well furnished and the kitchen was fully equipped. Our contact Person Alexandra was very friendly and helpful with any issues. Fantastic stay

This property is in an excellent location inside of a quite neighborhood. All of the amenities and lake side view are major bonuses. We enjoyed every moment of our visit.

Amazing Vacation Home!!!

We had an amazing Spring Break at this wonderful home. Everything is just as pictured except the pictures don’t do justice to this beautiful home. We stayed with our 2 sons (11 and 8) and my mom. It is in a great location and very quiet neighborhood but yet close to everything. Although it is on a canal, we didn’t see much traffic because it is at the end. The kids enjoyed seeing all of the fish by the dock. We loved and enjoyed the pool everyday. In the morning we ate breakfast outside with the house opened up. We went to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. We would definitely stay here again. Alexandra was great to work with. We had a minor problem and it was taken care of quickly without an inconvenience to us or our vacation plans.

Beautiful Home and Location!

We just returned home from 6 weeks in this beautiful home. It is exactly as pictured. Everything that you need is included. Great location, lots of walking in the area. The pool was great. We had our children and grandkids come to visit for a week each and they loved it! It was just like home. Alex is awesome. We had to contact her a couple of times for some minor issues and they were taken care of promptly by her and handy man Randy. We would certainly stay here again. We even saw Manatees in the next canal on our walk, and of course as is Florida we had an alligator cruise past the dock in front of the house. Amazing!

Great villa !!

We have enjoyed! For the 3rd time we were in Cape Coral, and this villa is the best we had so far. The location, large clean pool, and the whole layout of the house were points for a successful holiday. The whole house is equipped with great comfort, and everything is present, such as home. kurz gesagt - Traumvilla

Die Villa Osprey ist kurz gesagt, einfach traumhaft. Wir haben den gesamten Zustand und die Einrichtung genauso vorgefunden, wie sie auf den Bildern dargestellt und beschrieben waren. Von der Gabel bis zum Grill und Luftmatratzen verfügt das Haus über alles, was das Herz begehrt zum Kochen und Relaxen. Das gesamte Haus und Inventar ist in einem neuwertigen Zustand und sehr geschmackvoll zusammen gestellt. Das Highlight des Hauses ist natürlich der große Pool mit seiner einmaligen Lage und Aussicht. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei Alexandra, welche einem vor und während des Urlaubs stets mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung stand und einem das Gefühl gibt, zuhause zu sein. Für uns ein perfekter Aufenthalt und ein unvergesslicher Urlaub.

Wunderschöne Villa

Wirklich eine Wunderschöne Villa in ruhiger Lage am Wasser. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll möbiliert und farblich perfekt abgstimmt. Es herrscht eine gute Stimmung und es ist der perfekte Ort um abzuschalten und sich zu erholen. Handling mit den Vermietern auch sehr unkompliziert. Für eine Familie mit Kindern bietet speziell der grosse Pool sowie das grosszügige Haus beste Voraussetzung um Ferien zu verbringen. Food Stores und Restaurants in guter Nähe und alles einfach zu erreichen. Sehr sauber und immer wieder eine Buchung wert!
