Rent a boat, and you're only 15 minutes away from enjoying some of the world's most beautiful beaches like Ft Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva.

Villa Pelican Rose has everything you need from the perfect SWFL vacation home. The traditional indoor/outdoor living space with sliding doors leading out to the pool area, giving you the most spectacular view over the pool and canal. Plenty of space to relax for the entire group; outdoor dining area, sun beds etc. Down on the dock there's additional seating under a typical Florida tiki hut. Comfortable seating areas to enjoy the view of the canal and to watch the boats go by or fish from the dock.

This is the perfect spot to rent a boat during your stay, with a spacious dock and a boat lift to keep your rental boat on. And with only15 minutes out to the open water.

The villa has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The half bath is conveniently located on the lanai/pool area. Two living rooms, a dedicated office space, a dining area and a spacious kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need for the perfect Florida vacation and there's a gas BBQ grill outside by the pool.

Relaxing Get-away

Property was well kept. The pool and outdoor area was beautiful and where we spent our entire time. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies/dishes/utensils etc… Quiet neighborhood. Overall we had a great time!
