This wonderful property features 1 king bed and 1 full bed, a den, 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and shower, and full amenities, AC, WiFi, and access to all community activities, huge fitness room and sports facilities. NOTE: $250 non-refundable application fee to Condo and Homeowners Associations, where your financial and police (if any), etc., records will be reviewed; applications along with fees must be submitted 15 days before arrival and then officially approved by the boards.
