This immaculate condo is still available for this upcoming winter season. Book now before it’s gone. Spacious 1800 sq ft 3 bed 2 bath condo with brand new furnishings. This condo is in the perfect location in the heart of South Cape Coral. Close to everything you need, yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful quiet night in beautiful Jaycee Park or relaxing on your private lanai. Jaycee Park hosts walking paths, a playground, and BBQ stations with covered picnic tables on the banks of the Caloosahatchee River. The condo is located in the quiet River Park Place complex. Amenities include a heated saltwater pool, new spa, sauna, steam room and grills available for use by tenants. This end unit condo has the luxury of extra windows for a nice cross breeze in the evenings. The unit also comes with one designated covered parking space and outdoor storage locker. The Condo has a boat slip with a 10,000lb lift capable of holding up to a 26’ boat.

A 90-day minimum rental is required and a background check through condo association is mandatory requiring the submission of SS #'s (submission directly to the association management company).

Great property

We've stayed in a number of VRBOs, and this one was the best one ever. Clean, comfortable, close to shops, etc. The kitchen was so well equipped, I (almost) didn't want to go out to eat. Mike was very responsive to any issues we had. Unfortunately, we had to leave early, would really love to stay again some day.

The condo is in a great location, close to all the great restaurants and shops. We had a great stay!

I would rate this property a 15/10, so close to all yet nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag.
