Spacious Coach home with garage on a relaxing pond in the beautiful Cape Harbour community in Southwest Cape Coral. Enjoy the many amenities this neighborhood offers. 2 pools, tennis courts and gym. Home is located in a gated community within walking distance to several restaurants, shops, juice bar and boat rentals. You can find live music at one of the on site restaurants every night of the week. Minutes to Cape Coral beach and 30 minute drive to Sanibel or Ft. Myers Beach. Our home has a screened in Lani on a pond with many opportunities.

Nice stay in Cape Coral

Wonderful coach home in Cape Harbor. Well appointed with everything you need. Lovely neighbors, great location. Nice pool with friendly people, easy walk to many restaurants and shops. Great entertainment!

Very Nice Townhome

The home is very comfortable, tastfully decorated and was perfect for our Christmas get away. Communication with the owners was seamless. The Cape Harbour location is great with easy access to dining and shops. The pond in back provided an unexpected abundance of wildlife including white pelicans, great egrits, blue herons, wood storks and many types of duck (but no alligators).
