- TOP FLORIDA's Villa Pacifica in Cape Coral is a a modern, stylish and in any other way exceptional place to spend the most valuable time of the year in - your Vacation! Villa Pacifica is a large villa situated on the shores of a lagoon-style lake. Relax, enjoy, decompress in a so-rare-to-find modern home.
Villa Pacifica is pet friendly (with approval). Cats are not permissible. Please note there is a $100 pet fee per dog and an additional pet addendum to sign.
Villa Pacifica features Roku TV services. Our guests enjoy an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay over that per usage.
Please note, a full-size crib, pack-and-plays and highchairs can be rented from us as well.
Special events, commercial use and parties are NOT permissible.
