Summary:

In an excellent location with access to the Gulf of Mexico, Villa Sunshine is located in the southeast of Cape Coral, near the Yacht Club. It offers sufficient space for up to 8 people. The southwest-facing terrace with grill, heated pool, and hot tub invites relaxation. The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing enough space for eight people. The main bedroom has direct access to the terrace, a king-size bed, and its own bathroom. You can dock your rental boat next to the boat lift.



The Space:

The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and offers enough space for a total of eight people. The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace and includes a King-Size bed and a private bathroom . The other three bedrooms each have a Queen-Size bed. The open living area is spacious and flooded with natural light due to the large window front. In short, a villa that provides a feeling of well-being. Enjoy the wonderful view of the pool area and the canal directly adjacent to the garden on the spacious terrace. Boaters get their money's worth here, as you have access to the river and the Gulf of Mexico in just a few minutes.



A pool table, table tennis, table football and fishing rods are also available to make your stay even more varied.



Villa Sunshine is located in the southeast of Cape Coral, not far from the Cape Coral Bridge, connecting Cape Coral to Fort Myers. There are numerous restaurants and bars nearby, the Farmer Market taking place every Saturday morning, and the popular Boathouse, where you should definitely enjoy the sunset, among many other beautiful spots.

Great house lots of amenities

Love the house, pool and jacuzzi were amazing. Outdoor furniture was very nice and comfortable. Beds were just ok. Kitchen had everything you would need. Would definitely book again

Tolle Villa, super Lage, immer wieder gerne

Die Villa ist wie auf den Bildern super schön. Sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Langeweile kommt nicht auf, durch den Billardtisch, der Tischtennisplatte und dem Kicker ist man abends gut beschäftigt. Außerdem ist die Lage super, da man sehr schnell an der Brücke zu Fort Myers ist. Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Urlaub in der Villa. Der Kontakt zur Verwaltung lief auch immer bestens. Schnelle Rückmeldungen bei Fragen schon vor dem Aufenthalt und auch währenddessen. Super Service! Für uns waren die Stühle und Liegen draußen am Pool etwas zu hart, aber das empfindet ja auch jeder anders.
