Welcome to Owl's Nest vacation home. This comfortable home with lovely furnishings and a unique style of architecture and full of wooded character offers a private electric heated pool, is located in a convenient location in a very well established, quiet & desired South West Cape Coral neighborhood. The home has 3 spacious bedrooms with 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Queen in 2nd bedroom and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom. Great, large open living area with brand new furnishings including large Plasma TV & separate dining area, 2 huge pocketing sliders help expand the living space and bring the gorgeous weather and refreshing breezes inside and/or enjoy the heated pool with comfortable dining and lounging options, plenty of Sun and shady areas to enjoy in the fully screened-in lanai. Pet Friendly one small pet only under 20LB. No Exceptions.
