Charming 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom Victorian home situated on a quaint one-way street. The house features two spacious living rooms ideal for gatherings, a traditional dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen fresh from a recent renovation. The second floor offers three bedrooms: two share a hallway bathroom, while the third boasts an en-suite bathroom. The third floor includes another full bathroom with a walk-in shower, two twin beds, and additional lounging space. Enjoy the outdoors with a lovely front porch and side porch, plus the convenience of off-street parking for two cars. Conveniently located to be able to walk, bike, or drive to nearby shopping and dining. Pillows and blankets are provided for your comfort. Guests are responsible for bringing their own sheets, towels, and paper products. Included are 10 beach chairs, 5 bikes, boogie boards, and an umbrella. This property offers blankets and pillows for guests. Guests must bring sheets and towels.
