"Our group of 6 spent Christmas at 10 Swan Avenue. We found the property to be clean, well appointed and close to shopping and sight seeing. The layout allowed privacy when desired and gathering space for socializing and dining. Check in and out were super easy as the real estate office is right around the corner."

"This house has it all. It was so roomy and the clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all pretty large. The living room is also very spacious. The house is decorated so beautifully. The kitchen is adorable with the green cabinets. It was our favorite house to rent in Cape May so far."

"Highly recommend this place. Clean, nice location,, and responsive host. Lots of stuff in the house like games and kitchenware. We were there the weekend of the tropical storm. The house is roomy and we felt at home and had a good time hanging out watching movies and playing games. I didn't realize you need to bring your own sheets so just noting that here in case it helps anyone in the future. 5 starts, nice host, great deal."
