Only complaint was ice machine outside our room. Very loud and when people get ice even louder especially early morning. Other than that I would definitely stay again 👍👍👍👍👍

No fitted sheets on the bed. The linen came completely undone while sleepy and was totally uncomfortable. Room was average, not worth the cost.

Nice bar and dining room, walk across the street to beach with complimentary chairs. I was disappointed that the outside bar, sitting area around the pool was not in use. A fire pit would have been nice

The view from the balcony was great being located directly across the street from the beach. The access for close also. I was nervous about comfort byut slep like a baby

Very good in general. But our room was right across from the ice machine which had a very loud motor and noisily dropped ice cubes even in the middle of the night. The mug that was upside down on our table in Sea Salt restaurant was dirty. View on the balcony was great.

This hotel exceeded our expectations as to its location and amenities. We ate at the pool bar snd the restaurant. Both were very good. The beach set up service is one of my favorite things about staying here. No lugging chairs and umbrellas! I highly recommend this hotel

Excellent location, front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Only complaint is the lounge chairs by the pool were uncomfortable and we’re so close together it made it difficult to get in and out of them.

First thing first, people care about the place itself so let me say it’s gorgeous. Very clean. What sold me really was the staff. Especially the lady that checked us in. We took a shot and went early and she was able to check us in hours in advance which is a huge thing for me. She was so nice and helpful with everything. This place has its own area on the beach as well with lounge beach chairs. The guy that helped us with that was amazing as well. Already planning multiple trips back.

This is a nice hotel but not worth the price they charge this was our first time in Cape May and probably won’t stay here again you can get the same think at a much cheaper rate somewhere else

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was so clean and the staff was very attentive. I love the live music poolside , it makes for a true vacation vibe. Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back. I would suggest maybe a bathroom upgrade as it was a bit small for a family of three. I also think the elevator needs updating. The rest was amazing. The best and bursts said from the tiki bar was absolutely delicious:)

Have stayed there before. Prices way up but would stay again. Loved the daily entertainment at the pool. Never a problem getting a chair with umbrella at the pool or on the beach

Was the perfect weekend, the weather was great, was able to book the partial ocean view room at the last minute at a reasonable price. Mike and Felecia were absolutely awesome when it came to making sure that we had everything that we needed. Chairs were setup on the beach so no lugging chairs and umbrella's around. Food and non-alcoholic drinks delivered to the beach chairs. Just an overall great weekend.

We booked a room that sleeps 4, as we were 2 adults with 2 children. When we checked in they charged us an additional $20 per child per night as they said the rate was per person and not per room. Very misleading and not proper business ethics.

My wife and I chose this property off of the internet on short notice and were not disappointed. It is a very clean and well maintained hotel. The staff was outstanding, and the food at the Sea Salt restaurant was excellent. The layout of the pool area and outdoor deck was very well thought out. We will return!
