This 3 bedroom 2 bath rancher over looking a wildlife pond supplies peace and tranquility. Come relax at this quaint famous birding destination taking in pond views with nature at it s best Enjoy the wide open space out doors taking in the lush scenery. Nice shady mimosa tree in the front yard. Easy set up for pets with access from the kitchen with a FENCED IN area in the BACK YARD!. "The Seashell" room is a nice queen master with en suite bath! "The Captains Quarters" has a queen bed, "The Zen" bedroom has 2 twin beds. The home includes hardwood floors, central air, ceiling fans, tile floors in kitchen and baths, laundry area and storage in garage for bikes and beach chairs and a fireplace for off season. Centrally located on the island. 5 short minutes to the beach in any direction. A short bike ride to Willow Creek Winery & Beach Plum Farm.
