OUTDOOR AMENTIES: Covered front porch awning, gas firepit, enclosed outside shower, Weber gas grill, big yard for lawn games/etc., nautical themed garage for bonus hang out space. 4 bikes provided. BEACH EQUIPMENT: 6 beach chairs and beach umbrella. PARKING: Driveway parking for 4 cars and free street parking. PET INFORMATION: No Pets Allowed.
