Bright and spacious condo with beach & ocean views, pool, basketball & balcony

"Let me start off by saying, this spot was lovely. The condo building was wonderful and every one of the owners we interacted with there were extremely kind. The view is insanely beautiful, pool is lovely, and the walk to beach was a breeze with the private beach access. We would 100% stay in this condo building again. That being said, this particular unit is in dire need of some TLC. Overall it was fine, and I went back and forth on writing a review at all. However, for the price you pay, the expectation of cleanliness and overall wear and tear I would expect was disappointing. Upon arrival and as we started getting settled we found concerning things. I pulled MULTIPLE dirty dishes out of the cabinets, which lead to me cleaning everything by hand before using. There were also stains on some of the sheets. Insulation was found on the floor in the master bedroom, as well as dust covering the walls of the master bedroom in clumps. Some of the furniture is broken and needs to be replaced, as well as some of the kitchen appliances. Most concerning though were the bathrooms. There was the evidence of mold or mold issues in both. Paint was peeling from the ceiling in the hall bathroom in large sheets, and trim on the floor pulling away and rotting. The master had a moldy shower curtain and shower head. I debated writing this so much because honestly it was a wonderful spot that you couldn’t beat. But unfortunately for the price you pay, I would expect better cleanliness."
