Super big standard room, great shower, clean and tidy. Staff were lovely from Luke on the front desk, Kevin and Sam on duty in the Rooftop bar. Only minor issues were the street noise during the night which is nothing to do with the hotel.

The staff , Shady receptionist lady and Carl the maintenance gentleman are extremely helpful, nice, kind and friendly people . Was able to drop my bags off before check in and the staff were really lovely and helpful. I felt safe at all times and all my questions were answered. The room was very spacious and water was replenished on a daily basis.

The hotel was amazing. I had a good stay and everything surrounding is easily accessible. The Hotel Rooftop is Amazing! However Expedia needs to communicate the booking to the hotel quicker as I arrived and they had no knowledge of my fully paid booking. Only after really searching did the hotel find it. It really dampened my arrival spirits but otherwise all was well.

Did not get the room I paid for!

I would have rated this hotel much higher if I had gotten the room I paid for. I paid for a Royal Room and that is NOT what I got. Very disappointed. I left a note for the manager when I left but so far no luck on getting the difference in money back. Never heard from manager. Otherwise the hotel is fine. The guy running the rooftop area was great. Don’t order the sushi though. They get it from down the street and it is not good. I would have rated this place higher if I had gotten the room I paid for.

ROACHES! DO NOT STAY HERE! POOR MANAGEMENT!

The WORST experience EVER! This is a ROACH motel and I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. Upon our arrival, we were greeted warmly and assigned a room. There was long hair in the shower and the shower was wet, as if someone had just used it. The bathroom was dirty. I asked if someone had just checked out and was told no. We were then "upgraded" to another room which had a larger bed. The shower was not well put together or designed, as the door was in the middle with large gaps, so water began to flood the bathroom when I showered. We had to call the front desk to show them and the gentleman brought extra towels to mop it up, but couldn't move us because the hotel was full. It was also loud and noisy outside and you could hear everything because of the thin windows. I got up in the middle of the night to use the restroom only to find ROACHES CRAWLING ALL OVER! There were roaches in the shower, the bathroom, on the fridge, walls, EVERYWHERE! I had never seen so many roaches! I was freaked out! I could not go back to sleep. As soon as daylight hit, I contacted Hotels.com, booked another hotel, we shook out our luggage and clothes then checked out. I tried to speak with the manager, but was told he was away. I called several times during the week, but each time he avoided my calls. He refused to refund my money for the 7-night stay. This place is unacceptable and so is their management. It should be condemned and management should be fired! GROSS!

I booked a high-end room. When I got to the hotel they put me in a basic room. They told me Expedia made an error and double booked the room and someone was already in my room. After multiple chats with Expedia nothing could be done. The hotel refused to honor a partial refund for the room I never received. I'm more upset with Expedia as I paid them and expected them to provide support.
