Large (80sqm) west facing apartment with sun drenched sea facing enclosed patio to enjoy the sunset and sea views. Recently completely renovated in an older block with large shaded garden. The complex is enclosed, and the apartment has exclusive use of garage on the premises. Situated in a quiet block yet close to the my city bus route, convenience store right next door. Wifi is UPS powered so works during load shedding. Chargeable lamps in the bedroom to provide light during load shedding. Great selection of books and games. Smart TV. Hob is gas operated. Smeg toaster and kettle and Nespresso. We provide a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival, and tea, coffee, sugar, milk, juice, shower gel also provided. We also provide a complimentary ready cooked meal for late arrivals. Pets can be accommodated upon request. The apartment is also child friendly but please advise beforehand so we can arrange for cribs, plug protectors, baby baths etc.
