Good View

Small hotel but comfort and warm. Not happy with rate provide by Expedia is not correct. We need to pay much more on balance amount while check-in. The final room rate paid is higher than directly book with hotel. There is NO SPECIAL on booking with Expedia at all. Anyway, this visit is worth even on this higher room rate.

Great location, about 10 min walk from the main strip. Great views both ocean and mountains. Fantastic Art Deco building with lots of im original features inside and out.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Atlantica! The staff was wonderful. Sylvia and the gentleman working with her (sorry we can't remember his name) were so helpful. The place itself is clean and beautiful! The view itself is worth the stay! Very well located, only 15-minute walk to Camps Bay Beach. I totally recommend staying at Villa Atlantica if you're looking for a relaxing stay. We were comfortable and felt safe the entire time. We also really appreciated the complimentary coffee (Nespresso) in the room. Perfect in the morning. :) Thank you!

good view, good location

Villa Atlantica was very good stay, our room was perfekt, view spectacular, you can reach restaurants an shops in walking distance, quiet road. Unfortunately was the air-condition of the next room on our terrace very noisy. It would be good to renew the thing. Everything else perfect.

We had an excellent stay at the Villa Atlantica, it was exactly as described if not better! The hosts were amazing and the comfort, amenities and location top notch. Would happily stay here again.

The property is in a great area. Very safe and close to the beach and many choices of restaurants. The property itself is clean however the towels, bed sheets and duvet covers are very very dirty and over used and no longer white but brownish grey. If you open the duvet cover and take a look inside the duvet itself is disgustingly dirty. The owners need to spend money on fresh new beddings and towels. You also have to haul your luggage up the steps. Sound can be a problem from other guests in their room. The staff is friendly and helpful. Other than the towel and beddings issue the property is great.

Great location, wonderful views of mountain scape or ocean, depending on which room you're given. Best to make contact with owners prior to check in, as they may not be around if you just turn up. There is not an open reception.

O local é limpo e organizado. Porém existe muita dificuldade para o uso da piscina. Os stafs reclamam quando pede pra tirar a capa da piscina para uso e até solicitam que você próprio tire. As toalhas de banho não são cheirosas, porém o quarto é limpo e arejado.

The description provided on Hotels.com was not accurate at all. One reason that we chose the place was closeness to restaurants and shops. This place is very far from all of those. Second, the hotesl.com shows breakfast is included. The property is a guesthouse and breakfast hasn't provided for more than 10 years! TV and AC were not working either. Bath towels were not washed. Very expensive for the condition. I paid almost the same amount at Radisson Blu!

Could have been better ,lovely location.

We didn't get FREE breakfast as was promised when we booked through Hotels.com , Also pictures showed Bath tub as well but no bath tub given to us. Overall 7/10 just because of the location in quiet and beautiful settings with Mountain views. Rooms were comfortable and had a balcony.

Perfect zur Selbstverpflegung

Super Blick auf das Meer. Sehr private Atmosphäre auf der eigener Terasse. Ruhige Anwohnerstrasse, Mäßige Distanz zum Strand und Ortskern. Supermarkt um die Ecke. Gemeinschaftskueche die von der Haushälterin aufgeräumt wird.

Great stay!

The hosta were very kind and welcoming- the space is great for those who want a little more than an airbnb. It is not a hotel with 24 hr service but the hosts are available to be contacted if you need them. The location is a 10 min walk from camps bay beach and right next to one of the best steak houses.

Self-Catering an schöner Lage

Wor waren nach längerer Reise sehr froh um die Waschmaschine. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön. Der gemeinsame Küche lässt sich leider nicht durch eine Türe oder ähnliches von den Zimmern abtrennen. Wenn jemand kocht, hört und riecht man das. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert.
