"The pool was ice cold. Very disappointed. The hot tub was not open. Disappointed. Breakfast was not up to par. Very slow on check in. You really need a few more employees."
"Staff is super friendly and helpful! Room and bathroom were very clean, elevators could use some carpet cleaning but otherwise the overall envirorment was neat and clean. AC worked perfectly and we actually prefer the mattresses there compared to some of the other (more expensive) hotels we've stayed in in the area.
We plan to stay there again in the future."
"For an older hotel this was nice. The floors in our room could have been cleaner. Found someone’s sock under my bed with some dirt. Outdoor pool was nice but a little cool for July. Breakfast bar had a nice selection with a cool pancake maker."
Explore places such as Kingston Waterfront while you're in the area. Take in the natural beauty with a stop at Lake Ontario.
