El check-in fue problemático ya que a pesar de haber avisado por varios medios que llegaríamos al día siguiente, nunca nos respondieron. La comunicación con el hotel fue nula. Hoteles.com se comunicó con ellos por teléfono y nos dijeron que no había ningún problema. Sin embargo, al momento de registrarnos aparecíamos cómo "no show". Pudimos finalmente solucionarlo pero pasamos un mal rato. A pesar de quedarnos por una noche nos cobraron el impuesto municipal al turismo por dos noches... En fin..."
