"I chose this property because a pool and fitness area were high on our priority list. However, the lack of transparency around pricing was disappointing. There was no information online indicating that these facilities were subject to an extra fee, and we were only notified at check-in. Given that our stay cost £500 for two nights, I believe it is fair to expect gym and pool access to be included. I would strongly urge management to make these surcharges clear at the time of booking."

"Very attractive location a couple feet off Koenigsallee in “Little Tokyo” . Breakfast/Bar/Lounge with a view on the 11th floor . Rooms with a touch of Japan - interesting shower/bathroom-combination. Lobby with cafè/bar, souvenir and barber shop . "

"Breakfast: I would not recommend having breakfast at the hotel. It's better to spend your money at a nearby cafe or restaurant for a more satisfying meal. Staff: The staff were polite and very helpful, which made my stay more pleasant. Cleanliness: While the room was cleaned well, the carpet was quite dirty, raising hygiene concerns. While I appreciate the efforts of the cleaning staff, I believe this is a management issue that needs to be addressed to ensure a more comfortable experience for guests."

"Consequent upon a delayed flight into Duesseldorf we arrived at the this hotel at 2am.The night reception were very helpful in the extreme. We were quickly accommodated in a comfortable room. The day staff were equally good just a few hours later Breakfast was very good"

"The rooms are clean and modern. Staff are helpful and breakfast is great. However, there is no kettle or tea and coffee items in the rooms."

"The hotel is almost 4 stars. Need a refurbishing and more attention in the details. The staff are friendly, the breakfast need more atention on the weekend days, when and the price are higher. The sauna is good, need some atention too, the gum is with basic tools to spend not more than 30min inside."
